This will be my second time teaching 6th grade. It’s amazing to me how each child is so unique. Each one has different strengths and weaknesses. What my oldest child (now in college!) did for 6th grade is completely different than what my current 6th grader will be doing this year.
Keep that in mind when reading through this 6th grade curriculum list. Your child may be ready for more difficult material or need something easier. Every student is unique. Choose what fits best with your child. That’s one of the benefits of homeschooling.
